We are looking for Mature, Active, and Skilled Team Players.
Prospective members requirements:

- Mature, generally over 18 of age but will consider those under
- Optional participation in Practices, Forums, League Play, and/or Scrims
- Use of Vent/TeamSpeak3 with a working Mic for live communications
- Use of Xfire to interact with members
- Take ownership of an chosen assigned member role(s)
- Outgoing personality with positive attitude
- Respectful to everyone inside and outside of the team
- Strong desire to win as a team over self interests
- We do not allow cross group/clans for the games we support
- We consider ourselves a social competitive group, where having a good time is more important then just winning.

-We do not have recruit tags.
-Recruitment process is Not instant, must gain respect from members(no timetable)
-We decline more people then we accept
-You might be a great player, but if your disrepectful toward others then you won't be accepted.
-If you were found hacking for any reason previously, you will be declined.
-We want to make sure each applicant fits into our culture and vice-versa
-We dont recruit soley for particular games, that would be shortsighted instead we like to build long term relationship no matter what game we're playing.
